Self Referral

Dynamic Health

DynamicHealth physio direct provides specialised services for people aged 16 years and over living with or experiencing problems from muscles, nerves and joints. These are known as musculoskeletal (MSK) problems and include symptoms such as pain, numbness, stiffness and weakness as a result of injury, strain, posture or following an operation.

They offer self-referral either via their Physio Direct Advice line 0300 555 0210 (1pm-5pm Mon – Fri)  or via a Form

Visit their new improved website which also includes advice and exercises for various conditions which benefit from physio.

Often the phone-lines are very busy. An alternative referral method is to complete a self-referral form. If you fill in a self referral form this will generate a face to face assessment, and then you would be offered advice on self management or advice and a further appointment.
